I changed from
ScriptAliasMatch .*\.jhp /cgi-bin/jhp.sh
to
ScriptAliasMatch .*\.jhp /srv/cgi-bin/jhp.sh
And now it works like a charm.
Thanks a million
I have learned a lot about apache and cgi through this exersize
I know I probably should set it up all again clean
I do that on another Linux machine first
PS: It looks kind a cute to get the results of the env in the window first
2007/4/8, Oleg Kobchenko <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
There are two methods of redirection.
Whichever one you choose, make sure that the mapping is
done correcly. Otherwise it will redirect to non-existing
of forbidden path.
1. URL Rewrite
Context: server config, virtual host, directory, .htaccess
Override: FileInfo
Module: mod_rewrite.c
Example in .htaccess:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /jhp/
RewriteRule .*\.jhp /cgi-bin/jhp.sh
(Your RewriteBase is /j601/addons/web/jhp/examples/)
Rewrite done in the .htaccess file,
should reside in the JHP example folder, where all .jhp are
Override must be placed in main Apache config, e.g.
<Directory "/srv/www/j601/addons/web/jhp/examples/">
Options Indexes MultiViews
AllowOverride AuthConfig Indexes FileInfo
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
2. ScriptAliasMatch
Context: server config, virtual host
Module: mod_alias
This is only allowed in main Apache config:
<IfModule mod_alias.c>
ScriptAliasMatch .*\.jhp /srv/www/htdocs/cgi-bin/jhp.sh
</IfModule>
See Apache docs for details.
