(1=#) is a fork.
while it doesn't consist of 3 verbs like a fork is "supposed to", there is a
special parsing rule that allows (noun verb verb) to be interpreted as a fork
too. The official interpretation is that it is transformed into (noun"_ verb1
verb2) which basically turns the noun into a verb that returns a constant
result (that is the noun)

so (1=#) -: (1:=#) -: (1"_ = #)

How do I parse 1=#? Have I missed the rules for this in Learning J?
