Thanks Oleg,

Your J is installed in d:\j601\?

No in c:\j601\ byut it doesn't matter

Since you created the JHP mapping on the "jhp"
folder, I supposed you have a "jhp" under Default Web Site?

And this "jhp" folder has physical path d:\j601\addons\jhp\examples?

Yes in c:\\j601\addons\jhp\examples
and I made a copy in c:\j601\jhp\examples
and also in c:\j601\web\jhp\examples
to make sure...

> You need to navigate to http:\\localhost\jhp\index.html .
Page not found ....

Yes, you don't need Apache.

Ok this confirm what I thought

Don't worry about the VB error.

If think you messed up things, remove the jhp folder
and start again. Or if you messed up folders above,
remove IIS and reinstall from Control Panel.

I certainly made a big mess...It's a slow way to learn, with pain...
Anyway I would like to succeed in both cases : with IIS and also with Apache.
Jean Claude
