This is OK.

In this case I would like to have the median value, median of the
corresponding 3 (i,j) values. That is, (z=:median"3 u) should be
median of (6, 1, 1), (5, 6, 4), ... and so on. However, the result
is just 1{u. This is not my desire.
How do I get the following matrix?
/ median(6,1,1),median(5,6,4),...,median(4,4,7)\ /1 5 ...4\
| median(9,1,2),median(0,3,4),...,median(4,6,5)| |2 3 ...5|
