Just a reminder how to set write permissions to
a Windows folder. The IIS user would be in the
form IUSR_machine.

 - right-click the folder to write files
 - select Security tab*
 - click Add, Advanced, Find Now
 - select IUSR_machine, OK, OK
 - give Write permissions, OK

To make Security tab visible
 - open Control Panel, Folder options
 - on View tab, under Advanced settings, clear "Use simple file sharing"
