I think that this is still the case for calling j.dll from J601.
For example, you want to develop a c program that will call j.dll (no need to
copy j.dll).
However before that, if you want to make a prototype for that c program using J,
then it becomes j.exe calling j.dll (need to make a copy of j.dll)
