You could try Windows Desktop Search

In version 3.0 of the Windows Desktop Search, you can include file
extensions to be searched as follows:
Right click on the magnifying glass in the task tray
Choose "Windows Desktop Search Options ..."
Choose "Advanced" from the Indexing Options form
Choose the "File Types" tab.
Make sure .ijs is checked
At the bottom of the tab is the option to Index only the properties or
Properties and File Contents.
