One approach (assuming you do not mind my eating any
initial "replace me" boxes):
(' ';LF;a:) ([EMAIL PROTECTED] (#;[EMAIL PROTECTED] # #) ]) mylist
Note also that (a:;LF,' ') is probably not what you want.
