Well, it may be odd, but that's what done during J start up. A script is
invoked in a local mode which defines all the globals for J. This results in
errors that are not errors. That is, 13!:12'' shows an error that was
generated when the verb was scanned, but since the name is defined by the
time execution gets to that statement, no error condition is raised.
