Format ( ": ) would do that. See also the (8!:) Foreign conjunction for
completeness.

Subject: [Jprogramming] Beg Q--Conversions between literal and numeric?

I know that "numbers" ( ". ) converts a literal sequence (atom, list,
array, etc.) of numeric characters ('1 2 3') to a numeric sequence (1 2
3).

How does one do the reverse, converting a sequence (atom, list, array,
etc.) of numbers (1 2 3) to a literal sequence ('1 2 3')?

I'm sure the answer will be obvious once I see it, but I seem to be
missing it at the moment. Thanks in advance!

Harvey
