Very good observation. Cancel is acceptable and even expected
to close Dialog Boxes and not acceptable to close a 
Document Window (script or working).

For example, when Find is used, the Find dialog box should
be closable with Cancel, but not the underlying Script.
(Find dialog could be further improved for better use 
with keyoard.)
