If you are using the image3 addon and loaded image3.ijs, then Fcopy and
Fmove have been defined. Under windows, the defs are
Fcopy
>@{.@('kernel32 CopyFileA i *c *c i '"_ cd ] , (<0)"_)"1
Fmove
>@{.@('kernel32 MoveFileA i *c *c '&cd)"1
