No, not in general.
Only some linker formats can even express such a relationship at
all. With those which are able it still is a question how the
shared libs were built. The references to assumed other libs can
be missing, be available as a hint, or be enforced.
Summary: it's the job of the 15!:0 ("cd") user to make sure that
all required libs get loaded.
