Fascinating to 'observe' that a solution can be based simply on oblique
filtration of an appropriate multiplication table -- I am not sure I would
have made that 'leap'.

There are usually lots of ways to express any concept.

For example:
   10{.|.</.*/~i.10

This one, expressed in english, might be be: oblique lists descending
from the largest triangle in a multiplication table.
