As far as I can see, the left argument for weeknumber is only useful if set to 1. Anything else does not match the various definitions given in the wikipedia reference. Of course, weeknumber could be extended to match the wikipedia definitions, and the left argument then used to select amongst them; but perhaps this is worth doing only as required. > In fact I think it would be useful to add a similar optional left argument to > calendar so that the following is possible.
