I was able to reliably reproduce a J crash with with the following entries in
WinXP, Vista and Linux:
1. require '~addons\data\sqlite\sqlite.ijs'
2. dd=:'psqlite'conew~'non_exist_file'
3. start the debugger. (CTRL-K)
4. query__dd 'select foo from fee'
5. debugger says:
Unknown Error
sqlerr[0] 13!:8&101
6. Close debugger window.
7. J crashes.
