Assuming you mean "a" is one set of points (pairs of (x,y) coordinates) and
"b" is another:

   'type point;pensize 5' plot (j./>a),:j./>b

This plots "b" directly on top of "a" since they are exactly the same.  You
could offset "b" by a small, fixed amount like this:

  'type point;pensize 5' plot (j./>a),:0.5j0.5+j./>b

to separate them.
