J before version 5 defined this train and many more, and you could do what you want using its features.
Those trains were removed because there weren't half a dozen users who were really familiar with them. I miss them. Not that they were faster, or easier to use - they were hard to write and hard to read, and the verbs they produced were no different from the ones produced by 1 : - but they were so austerely elegant. I never found a problem I couldn't express tacitly. Henry Rich I dont want to go back there because they all knew me when I was smart and maybe theyll laugh at me. -- Flowers for Algernon > > I think we should consider making some room in the interpreter > to get around this misfortune, for instance by giving to, currently > erroneous, train: > > adverb conjunction adverb > > some meaning, oriented towards writing tacit conjunctions, > adverbs or verbs. > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
