Your keyboard shortcut should be like the following:

"C:\Documents and Settings\adam123\j602\bin\j.exe" ~user\projects\first\run.ijs

  Don't forget the ~ before user. [The lab should be updated.]

  You probably lost the reference to j.exe while clicking a second 
time on the Browse button. Windows is not smart enough for that.

  Note that you could as an alternative specify the script as run.ijs 
with the proper default (start-in) directory (while updating 
the shortcut).
