The standard J utility "scriptdoc" is vaguely doxygen-like. (I actually
prefer it.) The programmer supplies canned module/function "NB." comments
and scriptdoc will then provide the documentation abstract to users of that
code. All my J scripts have scriptdoc-conforming comments.
