I rarely use jole so I'm not sure if this is a feature in that J
session will not terminate if there is remaining visible windows.
Does the same happen to j601? Anyway you may try adding
js.Do "11!:0 :: 0:'pclose'"
or
js.Do "2!:55''"
in your cleanup code
