Look at the Release Notes, and scroll down to the very bottom (J 4.05) (although it's curious that neither /. nor !. dictionary pages mention it) I've found that the release notes often contain juicy little tidbits of information about implementation details that aren't mentioned elsewhere. -- Mark D.
