Sad, I know, from a puzzle-setter's point-of-view, to give the answer
at the bottom of the page. (Even if printed upside-down :-). But a
book has a permanency about it which is not matched by websites. So
I'd really like to make Edn 2 self-contained. Though of course it does
make copious reference to websites -- but none to depend upon for the
material of a given chapter. (When you re-issue 16-year-old reprints,
you're not publishing ephemera.)

What do others think?
