It is 3.0.11 (perhaps I should update it!!). It does not bother me too much, just thought I would mention it since the launchpad site thinks that it is something peculiar to Jedit rather than Firefox, but in fact it happens also between J and Firefox so is possibly a Java issue. I am not going to get sucked into it though. I will just use a different browser instead.
