Hi Devon, JOD integrates with PM nicely, see the lab "JOD(4) and the J project manager".
I have not used this JOD/PM integration feature much, but I plan to when I get some time. For most of my J development I use JOD standalone. It is a great tool, and it has helped me organize a lot of code that used to be scattered about in the ~user directory.
