Ok, I am stumped (surprise).
How do I create a directory programmatically in J?
I am searching for the analogue to mkdir('path') in Algol-ish languages.
The overall problem is to check and see if a directory has been created, see if
it is full. If not created, create it. If it has been created and is not
empty of output, throw an error. If it has been created but has no output,
carry on as if nothing happened.
