Thank you. I managed to create a Wiki account but I see no Edit links at the 
top of the content:

You need a Wiki account to edit the page.  If you don't have one, see here:

    http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/EditingGuidelines

When you have an account, you can log in to the Wiki (there's a link at the
top right of the page).  You can tell you're logged in if your username and
a logout link appear (in place of the previous login link).  If you re-visit
the Demographics page, you should then see Edit links at the top of the
content (on the line above the word "community").  If you don't, try
refreshing the page in your browser.
