Thank you. I managed to create a Wiki account but I see no Edit links at the top of the content:

If you don't have one, see here: http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/EditingGuidelines When you have an account, you can log in to the Wiki (there's a link at the top right of the page). You can tell you're logged in if your username and a logout link appear (in place of the previous login link). If you re-visit the Demographics page, you should then see Edit links at the top of the content (on the line above the word "community").
