Intended locale is "current with its copath":
completename_j_ coname''
F-key binding is run as immex phrase, which, I think, is executed in current
locale.
I need it for interactive use in J session.
It fixes a dilemma when I have many nouns with data and
have a choice of giving them short names and then not being able to remember
what is what,
or giving them long names and then having to type them over and over.
For code writing i use external editor which does name completion on it own.
