Tara can create new files but not edit existing ones (There are also issues 
with writing to the same cell more than once during creation). I think this is 
a restriction of the format, but Bill Lam will be able to provide better info. 
To workaround you will need to read the data from old workbook & write that, 
with the new content to a new workbook.
