The example uses the #. dyad.  If you want to translate an extended integer like

8727963568087712425891397479476727340041449x

you can use the same eg. the translation could be

'10 #.x: 8, 7,2,7,9,6,3, 5,6,8,0,8,7, 7,1,2,4,2,5, 8,9,1,3,9,7,
4,7,9,4,7,6, 7,2,7,3,4,0, 0,4,1,4,4,9'
