Further bug fixe (I am just posting this change, for now):

NB.  Complex
tkn4=: ' a dr j'split
 0.6 0.6 0.6 1.1
 2.2 1   3.2 1
 3   3   4.2 4.2
 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2
 4   4   4   4
)

I changed the second column of the second row,
which is how the letters 'd' and 'r' are treated once
the number has begun.

It was a 2.2 (which treated them the same way the
letter a gets treated), but should be a 1 (which treats
them, there, the same way that 0..9 get treated).

These letters which mean something special when
they follow the letter 'a' should be treated like any
other arbitrary character except when they follow 'a'.

Thanks to David Ward Lambert for pointing out my
mistake. (And I am still pondering whether epsilon
differences matter for r,theta complex numbers, and
whether the large magnitude differences come from
epsilon differences as propagated by the calculations.)
