You cannot change that inside browser. There are instructions in jwiki but I forget its url. Basically you have to 1. install a svn client 2. svn checkout the repository to your computer. 3. make modifications. 4. svn commit the changes
You also need to ask Chris to grant you an account (if not yet) before doing step 4, but checkout need no special permission.
