No, but the file jep.c in "http://www.math.bme.hu/~ambrus/pu/jevalbot.tgz"; may help. It's a reimplementation of the removed jep utility, and as such is another example on how to call the J library. (One drawback is that the window calls 11!:v aren't implemented, though I think it wouldn't be hard to add them.)
