I guess there is a bug, that is use ',' as delimiter to parse the string
and discard anything after the 3rd naked ','

As a workaround, try,
3,0,Save session, 0!:1 '(readtext_0_'''') fwrites
''~temp/JGTK'',(;(_4,5$_2){.&.>(''00'',[: ":[:<.0.5+])&.>6!:0''''),''.txt'''
