I am not certain that that would be useful. I am in an external program calling j.dll, and I am getting a file name error from j.dll which I am trapping in the external program. I am not using the cd interface. My current belief is that the file name errors were caused by my initial use of 0!:0 to load stdlib.ijs from the current directory into J.
