Bill, I've merged cd defines in ~Public/gui/gtk/source/api/cd.ijs, but I'm not able to release a new revision of gui/gtk addon, because I'm a newbie with svn and project manager. In fact, I didn't use project manager for development of jgtkgrid; I've just entered code using the JGTK text editor.
