I think the issue is that there is no 64-bit library binary
(jlapack.dll/lapack.so) in the addon.
IOW the math/lapack addon won't work under 64-bit J currently.

To get it to work, somebody needs to compile 64-bit versions of these
libraries and integrate them into the math/lapack addon. Updating the
32-bit libraries to a more recent lapack version would also be a plus.

Anybody keen to have a go at this? I'm happy to help as time/expertise allows.
