[Jprogramming] Finding numbers with _distinct_ digits

This verb will determine if each digit in the base y representation of x is
unique.
uniqinbase =: [:*./ [:~: ]#:~ [$~ [:>.^.
It is possible that weird behavior might occur when computing the logarithm
and large floating point number (in order to check the shape of the argument
needed for #:). Those could give erroneous results.
