We may record some sessions and make them available. No promises. The focus is to make the conference as best as it can be for those who do attend. To encourage this, you might want to add a general comment to the wiki page that recordings would be appreciated.
Nowadays anyone who wants to record and make available a talk can do so. They don't need a conference venue to do so.
