I guess the "mapped files" facility which TABULA uses to remember its window position is platform-dependent. It'll need a fix to regenerate posn.jmf if the position-finding fails. Or better still, on first-use. (I was a little bit chary of shipping posn.jmf in the addon, and wish I hadn't). You won't see the 3 red/yellow/green circles under Windows because these screenshots were taken on an Apple Macintosh. You'll see the Windows equivalent. If the toolbar doesn't appear either, maybe gl2 is failing under 64-bit. Unable to test this.
