Based on an earlier thread you could try the following:
  * start a new jconsole session
   load 'pacman'
   'update' jpkg ''
   'reinstall' jpkg 'gui/gtk ide/gtk'

 * close your jconsole session and try to start GTK IDE session again

If that doesn't work then I'd try:
  * delete the folder  jpath '~install/gtk'
  * start a new jconsole session
   load 'pacman'
   'update' jpkg ''
    getgtkbin 0
   'reinstall' jpkg 'base library gui/gtk ide/gtk'
  * close your jconsole session and try to start GTK IDE session again
