JHS viewmat is partly broken as a result of the recent plot changes.

JHS viewmat is defined by the jcgp.ijs script and it does not depend on the
addon graphics/viewmat. Previously jgcp.ijs was loaded with JHS init but
this doesn't make sense with J plot being the preferred plot.

In JHS load'viewmat' does nothing so it won't bring in the jgtk version.

For now you do need to load jgcp.ijs. Try the following:

   load'~addons/ide/jhs/jgcp.ijs'
   viewmat ?10 10$100
