I want to share a mapped file between asynchronous j6 and j7 processes. Can j7 map a .jmf file created and mapped by j6? Or vice-versa? (Or be persuaded to?)
I guess not, because I get the following error message in JHS... |bad jmf header: assert | 'bad jmf header' assert 0[free fh,mh,fad I shall experiment with text files instead of jmf's, but can anyone foresee further problems arising? The file only needs to contain a single numeral.
