I am replying to this old post because it helped me get j602 working on my new Mac with Lion. I would like Jsoftware to add the necessary link and instructions to click on a different icon at the downloads page, please.
I found that the instructions at the link below worked but just barely. The download link suggested on Ian's page works, but it is NOT listed on the jsoftware.com page. Furthermore I found that without that special link I had to alter the sequence of java requests in the java preferences pane so that 32bit precedes 64bit, I used the trick mentioned by Richard Talley at this link. And btw, I think with this trick it does not matter which intel Mac version I launch, they work. http://www.jsoftware.com/pipermail/general/2009-August/033253.html On Mon, Sep 19, 2011 at 7:46 PM, Ian Clark <earthspo...@gmail.com> wrote: > <http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/System/Installation/Mac/MacSnowLeopardInstallBug> > ... broken link. > The page has since been altered, and moved to: > > http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/System/Installation/J602/Mac/MacSnowLeopardInstallBug > > On 2010-12-07 it was updated to offer the "-d32" fix.
