I am replying to this old post because it helped me get j602 working
on my new Mac with Lion. I would like Jsoftware to add the necessary
link and instructions to click on a different icon at the downloads
page, please.

I found that the instructions at the link below worked but just
barely. The download link suggested on Ian's page works, but it is NOT
listed on the jsoftware.com page. Furthermore I found that without
that special link I had to alter the sequence of java  requests in the
java preferences pane so that 32bit precedes 64bit, I used the trick
mentioned by Richard Talley at this link. And btw, I think with this
trick it does not matter which intel Mac version I launch, they work.
