All,
After a round of feedback on the first release candidates a new set of RCs are
available.
For the PROJ release candidate, the SOVERSION have been modified to now be
aligned
with the version number and tests that require access to the internet are only
run if access
is available.
The new PROJ-data release candidate fixes a few spelling errors in the READMEs.
