and epsg databases for CRS’s."
No, we do not have this issue, since we do not limit the "area of use"
of any projection-datum (the projection itself might have some
singularities and limits, but that is usual near poles, etc.)

The issue 3246 is open from July 2022.
Main problem to be solved is separating EPSG 6316 into two separate
CRS's within PROJ, since it has two area extends
