For installing the file if there is a projection package ? Before on proj 4, we
had a projection package with this file: dnf install *proj* does this still
exist for proj 8?
just tested on fedora:rawhide:
dnf install proj-data proj-data-fr
or for everyting:
dnf install proj-data*
