Hi Javier, This is an interesting one; I have not found a law that declares the official Greek coordinate system as the one described at epsg:27000. Interestingly enough at this moment, greece is trying to complete it's cadastre, and as a basis to it, everything is using the GRS80 ellipsoid as well. My take is that if this one was developed by the Hellenic Military Geographical Service, we could very well start seeing it being used for applications in the mid/far future, but for now it's not used in any official civil projects that I am aware of.
