Should we do the same in PROJ as in GDAL?
Seems a good idea. What should we index for PROJ: /en/latest/ or /en/stable/ ?
But I'm puzzled by the content of stable. https://proj.org/en/stable/download.html points to 9.4.1 as the latest release, but https://readthedocs.org/projects/osgeo-proj/versions/ indicates that stable corresponds to commit 0a407325 which is the https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/commits/9.5.0 tag. I've triggered a manual build of stable in the RtD UI again, but to no avail. Not sure what's going on there.
