These grid files are referenced on EPSG and PROJ documentation but are
not publicly available in the PROJ-data repository or through
projsync. As these transformations are critical for our application’s
spatial accuracy, I would kindly like to request access to these .gsb
files.
If there formal procedure I need to follow, I would be happy to comply.
Please let me know if additional information is required regarding the
area of interest or the intended usage.
